I truly think that to get healthy you need to feed your body good wholesome food. In our home consistently preparing whole food meals along with the goal of saving money would be impossible unless I meal planned. I don’t think anyone could accomplish both of these things simultaneously while flying by the seat of their pants.
I have meal planned for as long as I can remember and yes, there are many ways to do so. Several years ago, I started to look into meal planning subscriptions and even tested a few. I’m sure many folks loved the recipes suggested, however, I never felt they were a good fit for our family. My guys are too picky.
Somewhere along the line, I stumbled upon Plan to Eat. As you can read in this post with Plan to Eat you’re able to use your recipes, which I love! Plan to Eat organizes your recipes, those you have had for years and those you find online and are dying to try.
If you are serious about getting healthy, saving money and time but would like to use recipes that you think your family would prefer, head over here and take a look at Plan to Eat. I highly recommend it!
Have a great day,
