Meal Plan Monday – Week 15

This week, I am meal planning for a low carb menu. I’m trying to lose a few pounds that I have gained during the colder months.

Links, highlighted in red, are the recipes I am making this week. The recipes I’m using come directly from my personal recipe page on the Plan to Eat website.

Monday-Sunday Breakfast (I am having the same thing for breakfast each day.)

Two scrambled eggs sauteed in 1 teaspoon of non-salted butter
Two slices of turkey bacon microwaved between two paper towels for 2 1/2 minutes

Monday-Sunday Lunch (I am having a tossed chef salad each day. I vary the salad dressings and type of shredded cheese I add.)

Choice of salad greens and raw vegetables
Boiled eggs, peeled and diced
Freshly shredded or cubed cheese from different varieties of cheese
Salad Dressing of Choice

Monday-Sunday Dinner

(M)  Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles) with Alfredo Sauce

(TU) Taco Salad

(W)    Cheddar Bacon Chicken, Fresh Steamed Asparagus

(TH) Braised Pork Chops, Sauteed Green Beans

(F)    Leftovers or Eat Out

(SA)  Big Mac Salad

(SU)  Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry with Cauliflower Rice

Grocery List – Week 15

This is my Grocery List, that I use to shop online at Walmart Grocery.

Cheddar Cheese, freshly shredded (total of 2 1/2 cups)
Heavy Cream (total of 1 1/2 cups)
Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated (total of 1/2 cup)
Sour Cream (total of 1/3 cup)
Unsalted Butter (total of  1 tablespoon)

Lean Ground Beef (total of 2 pounds)
Boneless, Center-Cut Pork Chops (total of 4) for Braised or Grilled Pork Chops
Chicken Breasts (total of 2 pounds)

Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour (total of 2 tablespoons)
