I want to be forthright and say that I’m not a recipe developer nor a food photographer. I have no desire to be the former but have huge ambitions to do a better job at the latter. Please bear with me while I try to improve both my camera equipment and my skill level.
My recipes are ones I use daily as a “from scratch” home cook. They’ve been kitchen-tested over and over again. If I find another recipe for a certain dish that I feel is an improvement, the old recipe is replaced. (It’s my personality to always try to build a better mousetrap.)
I cook for a family of men and so my recipes are simple, hearty, and also have to taste delicious. My hope would be that my readers are able to utilize a few of them in their recipe rotation.
